Our primary staff members always work with the same group of children. From time to time we will use casual staff due to annual leave or illness. At the Nestle In Childcare Centre we ensure these carefully selected individuals attend classes as often as possible in order to develop professional relationships with the children, ensuring that they receive the best attention and care. In addition, to support children’s ongoing development needs, professionals are available to visit the Centre; such as Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other Early Intervention Specialists.
