The “Paleolithic Diet” (also known as the Paleo, Stone-age, Primal or Caveman Diet) has emerged from the idea that human bodies are better adapted to what our ancestors ate during the Paleolithic era. The logic behind this diet is the belief that diseases like diabetes and being overweight, all started when ancient man embraced farming practices and cultivated food which is not very healthy for us.
