When you register on ClickFirst we collect your name, email address, and username. Business owners may also provide business name, address, phone number, and business category.
User-Generated Content
ClickFirst is a referral network. When you refer a business, post a recommendation, or participate in a Referral Circle, that content may be visible to other members depending on your privacy settings (public, community, or anonymous).
Location Data
With your permission, ClickFirst uses your device location to show nearby businesses and local referrals. Location data is used only within the app to provide location-relevant results and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device type, and usage patterns. This helps us improve our services and diagnose technical issues.
Cookies
ClickFirst uses cookies to maintain your login session, store preferences, and analyze usage. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

Your Rights and Choices
Access and correction: You may view and edit your account information at any time from your profile settings.
Account deletion: When you request account deletion by visiting clickfirst.com/delete-account/, you are logged out immediately and your account is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. During that window you may cancel the request by contacting customerservice@clickfirst.com. After deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems. Some anonymized activity records may be retained. You may also request deletion by emailing customerservice@clickfirst.com.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data. ClickFirst does not sell personal data.
European users (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at customerservice@clickfirst.com to exercise these rights.
